Egy nagyon fontos kezdeményezés indult, hamarosan elérhető lesz Kaiji Tomita (Usui mester egykori közvetlen tanítványa), eddig csak japán nyelven elérhető reiki könyve angol nyelven.
Ha van lehetőséged támogatni anyagilag a fordítást akár csak néhány ezer Ft-al, hálás köszönet érte. Dotáció link, az oldal alján itt:

Thank you all for your interest in my work! For those of you who are interested in making a small donation to support research on Reiki history, I wanted to share information about a project for which I am working as advisor that is currently trying to raise startup funds.
Tomita Kaiji 冨田魁二, a student of Usui Mikao in the 1920s, wrote a couple of books in the 1930s and 1940s about his healing practice, which is closely related to what he learned under Usui-sensei. His most important book, Reiki and Humanitarianism (1933) outlines a good deal of theory about how Reiki works and offers many practical techniques about how to use Reiki to heal and how to deepen one's practice. It is a challenging but very important book, nearly 300 pages long, with many pictures and charts. Several Japanese Reiki Masters I spoke with said that they consider it to be one of the best resources we have for understanding what Reiki practice was like in pre-war Japan.
I am working with Reiki Centers of America, a US-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded by Brian Brunius, a Master student of John Harvey Gray (one of Takata's 22+ Masters), to have to have the entire book translated! We are very lucky to also have on the project Dylan Luers Toda, an accomplished professional translator with extensive training working on modern Japanese Buddhism.
Naturally, this is an expensive, time-consuming endeavor – it wiII take about a year and the translator's fees are about $25,000 – but it wiII result in a high-quality fuII translation, for the first time, of one of the most important texts in Reiki history!
If you have read any of the historic Japanese-language texts that have been translated by volunteers (or, even worse, Google Translate), you probably know that they can leave a lot to be desired. The integrity of having a professional translator like Dylan on board is really unusual and part of why I am so excited about this project to translate this uniquely important text.
As the organizer is a non-profit, aII donations to the project are tax-deductible (at least in the US – not sure how that works internationally). These initial donations will help fund Dylan's translation of the introduction and the first chapter – anything you can give in support of this project would be much appreciated! Together we can make this a reality.
